MB Tractor Expands to Connecticut
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT July 31, 2020 .
1239 & 1249 John Fitch Boulevard is the newest home to the largest Kubota Tractor dealer in New England and one of the largest in the US. Real Estate Advisory Group NE served as the broker for the buyer (an affiliate company) in the acquisition of the 2 buildings, after negotiating a long-term lease with NH-based MB Tractor and Equipment. In addition to Kubota products they carry a wide range of other landscaping, garden and plowing equipment.
This new location is MB Tractor’s first expansion into Connecticut, bringing 9 – 12 new jobs to South Windsor. MB Tractor has 7 other locations in ME, NH and MA. This location was the former headquarters for Turf Masters, but has been vacant for two years. The building is currently being renovated to provide a new showroom, service and parts area, with a planned opening for this summer.
